This dress was worn by Inara (played by the lovely Morena Baccarin) in the ballroom scene of the episode Shindig. As Shawna points out in the DVD commentary for this episode, this dress was actually made out of her own wedding dress.

It is made out of beautiful jacard silk, finely detailed and jewel-encrusted. The detail in this dress is just stunning. The auction includes:

·	Ballgown Bodice: Skin-tight size 4-6, although it could be modified to fit.
·	Ballgown/Wedding Dress Skirt: Adjustable from size 4-8.
·	Wedding Dress Bodice: Size 6-8 with lacing in the back

Authenticity:

This costume comes with a letter of authenticity, signed by Firefly costume designer Shawna Trpcic. The winner also has the option of having Shawna sign the inside of the costume or leaving it as-is.
